Steve McClurkin began his real estate career in 1997 at Grubb & Ellis Newport Beach CA. Since then Mr. McClurkin has established a diverse portfolio of clients and maintained a strong track record representing both tenants and landlords. Steve created Sidney Inc. in 2004 with a focus on tenant representation while serving as a partner to Main & Main Inc. Over the years, he has served as managing partner of the SRS office in Newport Beach, NGKF, and as a west coast partner of EB Development. Through the strength of his tenant relationships, EB Development retained Steve to manage the west coast office and assist in leasing over 1 million sq. ft. around the country. The majority of those leases with EB were done at Assembly Row, Tejon Outlets, The Pike Outlets, Outlets at the Boarder, and Empire Outlets.
